A steady click, click, click filled the office as Brigadier General Mustang sat in front of his computer and stared at the supposed “RoyAi” themes that some fan had figured were symbols of his over-publicized relationship with the sniper. Eyes skimming down the twenty themes, he sneered at the first with a “kind person, who?”

The second theme made him want to look outside just in case. Thankfully, it wasn’t pouring rain, because he had an exhibition later about the new spark gloves.

The third theme almost killed him.

Useless.

He hated that word with the same passion that others thought he had in bed.

And of course the world would remember that incident; he had made a complete fool of himself in a live broadcast. But the incident had only fed the rumor about his bodyguard and himself.

Apparently there was a forbidden love among the ranks?

One of these days, he’d actually take the time to strangle whoever the hell thought of those things, but until he’d gather the gumption to actually do so, he would much rather to just sit there and stare at the Internet shrine worshipping none other then his relationship with the Lieutenant Colonel.

Who would definitely shoot more then a few holes in his monitor upon first glance, because it was obvious that the pictures were manipulated.

Did he look that good on film?

Roy leaned back in the “ergonomic” chair as the staff had put it and set both feet on his desk in a not-so-ergonomic slouch.

Much better for browsing that would surely lead to carpal tunnel later; he mused as he leaned against one arm and clicked the ball-point pen with the other hand.

He was not a kind person, he groused silently only to correct his slouch when someone knocked on his office door. “Come in,” he answered only to smile when the targeted female walked in.

But whoever designed that website sure was.
